Key Responsibilities
- Develop social-first content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Convert corporate announcements, business updates, campaigns, and strategic priorities into concise and engaging social narratives.
- Adapt leadership messages into platform-appropriate posts, videos, carousels, short‑form clips, captions, and executive content.
- Produce culture and employee stories that strengthen employer branding and communicate the organization’s working environment.
- Create content around corporate events, launches, partnerships, achievements, and reputation‑building initiatives.
- Tailor writing style, visual direction, pacing, format, and call to action according to each platform and audience.
- Maintain an organized social content calendar covering planned campaigns, executive communications, events, and reactive opportunities.
- Coordinate content inputs, production deadlines, approvals, publishing dates, and required adaptations.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, communication teams, executives, and external agencies.
- Prepare clear briefs for creative assets, short‑form videos, animations, photography, and social campaign materials.
- Monitor platform trends, cultural conversations, audience interests, and emerging content formats.
- Apply relevant trends carefully without weakening corporate credibility, brand tone, or reputational standards.
- Use social listening to identify stakeholder sentiment, recurring themes, potential opportunities, and communication risks.
- Review engagement, reach, video completion, clicks, shares, saves, comments, and audience growth.
- Translate performance data into practical recommendations for topics, formats, publishing schedules, and creative treatments.
- Improve content based on audience behaviour, platform analytics, campaign results, and stakeholder feedback.
- Use artificial intelligence‑assisted tools for drafting, editing, transcription, localisation, repurposing, and content optimisation.
- Verify AI‑assisted content for accuracy, context, tone, originality, and brand compliance before publication.
- Maintain consistent naming, file management, approvals, version control, and publishing workflows.
- Ensure every output follows brand guidelines, communication policies, accessibility practices, and governance requirements.
- Support timely responses to changing communication priorities and high‑visibility corporate developments.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in social content creation, digital publishing, corporate communications, or platform‑native storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and short‑form video channels.
- Strong understanding of social platform behaviours, content formats, audience expectations, and distribution patterns.
- Experience developing short‑form videos, executive content, employer brand stories, campaign posts, and event coverage.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify corporate information without losing accuracy.
- Sound understanding of brand tone, reputation management, content governance, and approval processes.
- Practical experience managing social calendars, publishing workflows, deadlines, and multiple stakeholder inputs.
