Role Context

The Video Production Manager • Corporate Media will translate communication objectives into polished visual stories for internal and external audiences. The role supports leadership messaging, corporate campaigns, employee engagement, events, social media, and reputation‑building initiatives through professional filming, editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production. The manager takes ownership of each assignment from concept development to final delivery, including clarifying the brief, creating storyboards, preparing production schedules, directing filming, managing post‑production, producing localized versions, and ensuring every video meets brand, accessibility, compliance, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver corporate video projects from initial concept through final publication.
  • Translate creative and communications briefs into storyboards, scripts, shot lists, interview plans, and production schedules.
  • Produce leadership messages, campaign films, event highlights, employee stories, interviews, explainers, and social media videos.
  • Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, audio systems, stabilizers, and related production tools.
  • Set up and manage filming environments for executive interviews, corporate events, internal communications, and branded content.
  • Direct contributors and interview participants to achieve natural, clear, and engaging performances.
  • Capture high‑quality footage and audio while maintaining visual consistency and production efficiency.
  • Edit raw footage into concise, audience‑focused stories aligned with the communication objective.
  • Create motion graphics, title sequences, transitions, captions, subtitles, and branded visual elements.
  • Produce localized versions of video content for different languages, markets, platforms, and audience groups.
  • Manage transcription, captioning, accessibility, aspect ratios, export settings, and technical delivery specifications.
  • Support livestreaming and hybrid event production using appropriate video, audio, switching, and streaming systems.
  • Collaborate with executives, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, event teams, agencies, and content creators.
  • Review scripts, interview questions, creative concepts, and production approaches with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all video output follows corporate brand standards, legal requirements, consent procedures, and internal policies.
  • Maintain organized project files, footage archives, editing timelines, graphics packages, and reusable production assets.
  • Use AI‑powered tools for transcription, captioning, localization, editing support, content adaptation, and workflow automation.
  • Manage several production assignments while maintaining clear priorities, deadlines, and approval stages.
  • Coordinate external production companies, freelance crews, editors, voice artists, and specialist suppliers when required.
  • Monitor audience engagement, completion rates, reach, and stakeholder feedback after content publication.
  • Apply performance insights to improve future storytelling, video length, creative treatment, and distribution strategy.
  • Stay current with production technology, social video formats, editing techniques, and digital communication trends.
Ideal Profile
  • Degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in videography, video production, editing, or post‑production.
  • Strong portfolio covering corporate storytelling, executive content, campaigns, interviews, events, and social media videos.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent professional editing platform.
  • Practical experience operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and audio recording systems.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, pacing, color correction, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to prepare storyboards, production plans, interview structures, shot lists, and post‑production schedules.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, captions, localized content, and platform‑specific video adaptations.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of livestreaming workflows and multimedia delivery.
  • Understanding of brand governance, accessibility requirements, consent procedures, and technical standards.
