Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a social content specialist to create platform-native content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts, aligned with corporate priorities.

You will translate corporate announcements, campaigns, leadership messages, events, and culture stories into engaging platform-specific content, monitor trends, and optimise performance using audience insights. AI-assisted tools will support creation while upholding brand governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in social content creation and digital publishing.
• Strong knowledge of short-form content, community engagement, social analytics, and audience behaviours.
• Apply expertise in brand tone, content workflows, and digital communication best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop social-first content across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts).
• Transform corporate announcements, campaigns, leadership messages, events, and culture stories into engaging content.
• Monitor trends, audience behaviours, and engagement insights to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams, executives, communication partners, and agencies for a consistent content pipeline.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for content creation, editing, localisation, and optimisation with brand alignment.
• Analyse performance data, maintain content calendars, and improve publishing processes through social listening.
