Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in social media content creation, digital storytelling, or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to produce platform-native content for major channels and short-form videos.
• Experience maintaining brand tone and following content approval workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted ideation, editing, and localization.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and optimize social-first content aligned with corporate priorities.
• Produce platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Transform leadership messages and business priorities into engaging digital content.
• Coordinate posts, captions, reels, stories, carousels and short-form videos.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and governance.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, executives and external agencies.
