Job description

Ski Instructor | MAF Entertainment | Snow Dome

As a Ski/Snowboard Instructor, you will conduct private and group lessons ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will also ensure full supervision of guests during lessons at all times and maintain high safety standards.

Role Profile

• Respond appropriately and accurately to guest inquiries and requests related to the teaching process, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure all equipment supplied by the rental to the Ski School guests are double checked and set up correctly.
• Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in Ski Dubai.
• Maintain proficient up-to-date knowledge of Ski Dubai products, promotions, and services.
• Advise and assist guests with sales and bookings.
• Be responsible for all guests during lessons, from the time they leave the ski school meeting point until they return.
• Ensure no guests pass the access control gate without the appropriate access pass.
• Assist in all competitions and events in Ski Dubai.

Requirements

• Certified ski/snowboard instructor (International qualification).
• Advanced Skier/Snowboarder.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an addition.
• Flexibility in working shifts.
• Effective communication skills.
• One season in the ski school and Kids teaching experience.
