Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations/Payroll/HR Administration.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data management experience.
• Knowledge of attendance, payroll and HR documentation.
• Attention to detail and high confidentiality.
• Willing to work in a site/camp environment in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll processing and related HR activities.
• Prepare payroll reports and manpower reports.
• Maintain HR records, attendance sheets, and payroll trackers.
• Assist onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Handle salary inquiries with accuracy and discretion.
