Job summary

Luxury Facilities is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in Abu Dhabi. You will recruit, onboard, support employees, and partner with management to build a productive workplace.

The role requires strong UAE HR expertise, Arabic communication, and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and policy compliance. On-site work in Abu Dhabi is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong Arabic communication; English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding across departments.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and fairly.
• Maintain accurate employee records, employment documentation, and HR policies.
• Oversee attendance and leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance.
• Support managers with performance reviews, employee development, and retention.
• Keep HR policies and procedures aligned with applicable UAE employment requirements.
• Manage offboarding and exit interviews, identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience.
