Job summary

A leading company in the oil and gas industry is seeking a Site Administrator to manage site documentation, handle HR functions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in site administration, preferably within oil and gas projects. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management is required. The position is full-time and based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain site documentation including permits, approvals and reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as employee records, timekeeping and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, site regulations and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Oversee accommodation, transport and welfare arrangements for site staff.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and site needs.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes and other required documentation.
  • Address employee concerns and support HR functions related to the site.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage logistics for materials, equipment and workforce.
  • Ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment to the site.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies and site personnel for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments and deliveries.
  • Coordinate transport, accommodation and site access for workers and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, customs and site‑specific logistics regulations.
  • Handle emergency logistics requirements and troubleshoot delays.
  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse and project teams to optimize supply chain operations.
