• Ensure customer guidance to promote easy flow.
• Maintain waiting time and queuing policy as per benchmark.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and positively.
• Ensure co-workers provide excellent customer service.
• Motivate and inspire the team with product knowledge and local market insights.
• Coach co-workers in training paths and responsibilities.
• Ensure staff are aware of sales targets, services, and expectations.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in the department.
• Find more effective ways of working to reduce costs.
• Share departmental SOPs with co-workers.
• Receive, count and sign off cash float daily.
• Prepare reconciliation documents and investigate discrepancies with Finance.
