• 2-5 years of retail experience, ideally within IKEA or a similar retail role.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate IKEA sales and range principles into commercial activity across the assigned Business Area.
• Define the product range for Showroom and Markethall sales areas.
• Monitor sales performance and support pricing decisions; coordinate forecasts and product availability.
• Coordinate range-related matters between stores, retail management, and the IKEA distributor.
• Coach and develop Sales co-workers; promote IKEA values and inclusive culture.
