Job summary

BRONZE HQ DISTRIBUTION AND TRADING FZE in Dubai, UAE, seeks an Import/Export Operations professional to coordinate bookings, freight, and customs, ensuring timely delivery and compliant documentation. You will work with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams to manage schedules and shipments across the GCC region.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in shipping/logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Import Operations: Receive import booking details from suppliers, coordinate with freight forwarders, provide approved agent details, follow up on schedules, shipping documents and cargo status, ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Export Operations: Receive export booking requests, coordinate and ensure smooth shipment movement from the UAE to GCC countries, ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, documentation, and shipping requirements, coordinate with transporters, clearing agents, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation Coordination: Verify and maintain shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Customs documents; maintain shipment records; update shipment summaries weekly/monthly to the team leader and management.

1 Import Operations

2 Export Operations

Receive export booking requests from the sales team Coordinate and ensure smooth shipment movement from the UAE to GCC countries Ensure compliance with all country-specific regulations documentation and shipping requirements for each GCC region Coordinate with transporters clearing agents and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery Monitor export shipment status and provide updates to relevant teams

3 Documentation Coordination

Verify and maintain shipping documents including Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading Airway Bill Certificate of Origin Customs documents Maintain accurate shipment records and reports Coordinate with internal departments suppliers and logistics partners for smooth operations Update the shipment summaries to the team leader and management on weekly monthly basis and submit the reports

As indicated above, the salary range for this position is AED 5,500–6,500. However, there may be some flexibility for a higher package, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
