The successful candidate will build relationships, meet sales targets, and collaborate with branch and product teams while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Diploma also accepted for consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new-to-bank customers and promote accounts, deposits, cards, financing, and wealth products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend tailored Sharia-compliant solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Generate leads via referrals and cross-selling within existing portfolios.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in bank systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and internal policies.
