Job summary

Sharjah Islamic Bank in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager for Personal Finance to drive growth of Sharia-compliant lending by leading a high-performing sales team and expanding the bank's retail portfolio. You will acquire new-to-bank customers, promote Islamic banking products, monitor performance and coach the team to exceed targets while ensuring compliance and regulatory standards.

Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years retail banking sales experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role; Islamic banking experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new-to-bank customers for personal finance products
• Promote and sell Islamic banking products in line with Sharia principles
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
