Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Dubai is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support relationship managers and contribute to revenue growth. You will prepare client analyses, engage with customers daily, and ensure high levels of service for business clients.

You will coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams, prepare documentation for credit proposals, and help expand product usage (IVR, online banking, cash management).

Responsibilities

• Support RMs in services.
• Attend all after sales services, needs & requirements.
• Educate business banking clients about product and services.
• Call Report preparation to be high standards.
• Prepare credit applications – analysis financial statements for approvals.
• Ensure CA’s for new clients and renewals are prepared per policy.
• Ensure all documentation for credit proposals is complete with sufficient collateral.
• Initiates and ensures disbursements and adjustments of finances.
• Liaise with internal departments for quick turnaround.
• Verify and inspect collateral to minimize credit risk.
• Maintain high standard service with customers and avoid complaints.
• Respond to customer calls with appropriate greetings.
• Adhere to Bank’s financing policy and report exceptions.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Management.
