Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Branch Sales Executive for the East Coast market (Fujairah/Ras Al-Khaimah) to source Personal Finance applications from the local market and to grow the bank's business in line with ADIB policies.

The role requires strong knowledge of PF products, service standards, regulatory requirements, and ability to visit clients, prepare DSR, maintain compliance, and cross-sell banking products.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of ADIB PF and other RB G products
• Fair knowledge of service standards and sales skills
• Good knowledge of UAE banking regulations and risks
• Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
• Awareness of local market competitors

Responsibilities

• Source New to Bank Personal Finance and related products to the target segment.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) for visited customers and company visits.
• Create and maintain good relationships with business entities/ individuals where the business is sourced.
• Visit potential companies to finalize business deals within ADIB policy and procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and implement it at all times.
• Deliver timely service to customers.
• Adhere to office timing, confidentiality norms, and presentability.
• Submit DSR to Branch Manager daily with complete details.
• Escalate non-compliance.
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications with authentic documents prior to processing.
• Ensure applications submitted are error free and rectify errors.
• Follow the approval process and escalate delays.
• Execute Murabaha contract and prepare the file as per the checklist.
• Check finance disbursement and notify if delayed.
• Maintain good rapport with inter-department peers.
• Participate in promotions.
• Initiate cross-sell of other banking products.
• Escalate customer complaints to supervisor level immediately.
