The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of server architecture and virtualization technologies, as well as experience in troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage servers and related systems in a virtualized environment.
• Monitor server performance and availability, implementing necessary optimizations.
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot server issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to server configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with network engineers and IT support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Implement and enforce security policies to protect server environments.
• Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in server administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
