Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name if known and assist in seating them comfortably.
• Serve guests within assigned stations under the supervision of the manager and supervisor.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of food beverage offerings and service details including preparation methods.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively respond to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and foster strong guest relations.
• Report any customer complaints to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Place orders in the kitchen and ensure proper operating equipment is set up on tables.
• Stock cabinets and drawers with adequate mis-en-place to facilitate smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and wear the prescribed uniform at all times.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness is maintained at all times.
• Stay familiar with all hotel facilities to assist and guide guests.
