Job summary

Al Marwan Heavy Machinery in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Sales Executive – Used Machinery to drive consignments and equipment sales in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will build and manage relationships with equipment owners, contractors, dealers, and brokers, negotiating terms and guiding customers from inquiry to closing. Excellent English/Arabic/Urdu communication and UAE driving license are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in B2B heavy equipment sales.
• Strong industry connections with owners, dealers, brokers.
• Bilingual: English/Arabic/Urdu.
• Proficient with CRM, WhatsApp Web and quoting tools.
• Customer-first mindset with solution-driven approach.
• Comfort in both digital and field environments.
• UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire consignors and buyers through proactive business development.
• Leverage network of equipment owners and dealers for consignments and sales.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Convert leads from Marketing and Tele sales into consignments and sales.
• Conduct field visits and client meetings to build relationships.
• Advise clients on equipment specs, values, trends, and selling strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, commissions, and terms to maximize profitability.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
