Job summary

Al Marwan Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Sales Representative specializing in used heavy equipment. The role focuses on developing new business, negotiating deals, and delivering customer-focused solutions across excavators, bulldozers, and other machinery.

Candidates should have 3–10 years in heavy equipment sales, fluency in English and Arabic, and strong negotiation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

3–10 years of sales experience in heavy equipment or used machinery.
Experience in B2B sales and machinery resale is essential.
Strong knowledge of equipment specs, pricing, and market demand.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient MS Office and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for used heavy machinery and equipment.
Promote and sell used excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery based on their operational needs and budget.
Prepare sales quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Conduct market research to identify customer demand, competitor activities, and market trends.
Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding machinery availability, pricing, inspections, and delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
