Amazon Web Services EMEA Dubai FZ Branch is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to influence enterprise adoption and maximize value from AWS across Compute, Storage, AI/ML, and security. This role requires strong technical depth and customer obsession to guide strategic cloud initiatives.

You will act as the customer advocate and voice of the customer to AWS product teams, driving discussions with senior leadership and collaborating with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and

Competenze

10+ years in technical roles involving distributed systems, cloud architecture, software development, or AI/ML.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, solutions architect, or consultant.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, databases, AI/ML, containers, and security.
Proven ability to drive technical discussions with engineering teams and executives.

Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
Drive discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with senior stakeholders.
