Job summary

Amazon Inc. in Dubai seeks a Sr. Technical Account Manager for Enterprise Support in the MENAT region. You will guide large enterprises, advocate for customers, and drive adoption of AWS services across Compute, Storage, AI/ML, and more.

You will lead technical strategies, maintain operational excellence, collaborate with Solutions Architects and Sales, and ensure customer value while managing risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in distributed systems, cloud, or AI/ML roles.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM or solutions architect.
• Experience with compute, storage, networking, databases, AI/ML, containers, DevOps.
• Ability to drive technical discussions with engineering and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships by understanding business and technical needs.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional AWS value.
• Provide reviews of service disruptions and operational metrics.
