• Collaborate with the Global People Services team on employee-experience initiatives.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR programs and projects.
• Contribute practical ideas that enhance employee engagement and service delivery.
• Evaluate business and workforce performance using relevant information.
• Recommend improvements supporting operational and financial objectives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and escalate significant concerns appropriately.
