Job summary

Responsibilities include identifying training needs, designing curricula, assessing effectiveness, coaching new hires, maintaining training documentation, and supporting system testing and process

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR and-or Talent Management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in hands-on, project-driven environments.
• Experience with HR systems; Oracle is preferred but not required.
• Experience developing and implementing initiatives.
• Background in client-focused operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
• Develop onboarding programs and curricula.
• Assess training effectiveness and modify as needed.
• Coach new employees to accelerate onboarding.
• Create and maintain training documentation.
• Monitor employees' adherence to training responsibilities.
• Coordinate system testing for upgrades, including scripts and testers.
• Apply Talent Management best practices to improve services.
• Support less-experienced colleagues with guidance.
• Address complex Talent Management issues within policies.
