Job summary

e& UAE seeks a strategic pricing leader to helm SMB pricing across the Business Department. Lead value-based pricing design for SMB solutions, including bundles with connectivity, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity, aligning with growth targets and market needs.

You'll shape governance, analytics, and digital transformation of pricing processes, provide insights to senior leadership, collaborate with sales, finance, product, and regulators, and drive go-to-market execution and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Finance / Telecom / Engineering / Technology.
• 4+ years experience in Pricing / Finance / Marketing / Engineering & IT commercial position in a Technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of value-based pricing models for SMB solutions.
• Create innovative pricing strategies for next-gen connectivity, AI and cloud bundles.
• Influence growth by developing pricing strategies across SMB segments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to assess regulatory impact on pricing.
• Implement advanced pricing methodologies including revenue-share and subscription models.
• Lead financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessments for decisions.
• Drive digital transformation of pricing processes using automation and AI.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and transparency in pricing activities.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external partners for execution.
• Monitor pricing performance against KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop pricing frameworks focused on customer value for SMB offerings.
