Job summary

PwC in the UAE (Dubai) seeks a Senior Manager to spearhead Cloud Managed Services Sales & Solutions. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for cloud services, engaging CxO stakeholders, designing managed service offerings, and building compelling ROI models.

You will lead multi-year, value-based cloud outsourcing deals while collaborating with delivery, architecture, and security teams to ensure feasibility and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) migration strategies FinOps and DevOps.
• Certifications on Azure/AWS/Google Cloud are desirable.
• Proven success in structuring and closing complex cloud managed service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle for cloud managed services from qualification to closure.
• Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose appropriate cloud services solutions.
• Design managed service offerings for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud cost optimization, DRaaS, monitoring, and governance.
• Build tailored proposals, TCO/ROI models, and contractual structures for multi-year cloud outsourcing deals.
• Collaborate with delivery architecture, applications, and security teams for feasibility and compliance.
• Drive commercial strategy, operational and pricing models, and SLA/XLA definitions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), ISVs, and OEM partners.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and lead cloud transformation workshops with clients.
• Track and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets aligned with cloud GTM strategy.
• Stay updated on cloud trends and competitive landscape to refine offerings.
