Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a pricing governance professional to translate pricing strategy into governance, repeatable processes, and disciplined execution across GCC and India. The role partners with country and functional stakeholders to improve price realization and reduce leakage.

You will help design the annual price review, concession options, and escalation packs for Sales and country leadership, building practical playbooks for Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and rolling out pricing governance across multiple markets (GCC and India).
• Ability to translate pricing strategy into practical governance and repeatable processes.
• Proven track record in improving price realization and reducing leakage.

Responsibilities

• Support design and rollout of pricing decision rights, approval authorities and escalation rules across segments, products and deal types.
• Map current-country pricing practices and help define a regional operating model with interfaces to Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, Legal, Billing and central functions.
• Maintain logs of pricing exceptions and translate recurring issues into improved rules or playbooks.
