Job summary

Lulu center - Sole Proprietorship LLC is seeking a senior Price Optimization Lead in Abu Dhabi to own and optimize pricing platforms across offline and online channels. You will ensure data integrity, run scenario analyses, and drive pricing governance with regional teams.

The role requires 6–10 years in pricing analytics, a quantitative degree, and deep experience with optimization tools and SQL; CPP certification is a plus. The position is on-site in the UAE with global pricing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Hands-on experience operating, configuring, or administering a price optimization platform or related tool.
• 6-10 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue optimization, or related field.
• Professional certifications in pricing or analytics (e.g., CPP) are advantageous.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or omnichannel e-commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operation of the central price optimization software and ensure data integrity.
• Design and analyse pricing experiments; measure impact on volume, revenue and margin.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies across everyday pricing, promotions, markdowns, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Category Finance and Commercial Operations to operationalize pricing decisions.
• Create dashboards and present pricing insights to senior leadership.
