Job summary

Marcura is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Digital Financial Services in Dubai. You will lead enterprise sales of P2P, vendor payments and FX solutions to maritime clients, building a strong pipeline and closing high-value deals.

The role emphasizes hunting new business, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and expanding Marcura's market presence with innovative fintech offerings. On-site position with international travel expectations.

Qualifications

5+ years' sales / business development experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking or Treasury/FX with a proven hunter profile.
Experience selling B2B financial technology or payment solutions, e.g. cross-border payments, FX or digital payments.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CFO, Treasury, Procurement, Accounts Payable).
CRM/sales-pipeline discipline; forecasting accuracy; ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Sell Marcura digital financial services including P2P, Vendor Payments, Crew payroll and FX to maritime clients.
Develop a robust sales plan and pipeline to drive new revenue in assigned markets.
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
