Job summary

Fuze Finance in Dubai seeks a Sales Manager to own remittance and cross-border revenue, selling to banks, FI's, PSPs, and fintechs across the region. You will manage the partner lifecycle from discovery to signature and drive product and compliance discussions.

The role requires deep payments knowledge, an engineering or solutions background, and comfort with multi-stakeholder deals. You’ll work with Product, Operations and Technology to deliver solutions that meet regulated requirements.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting in payments/fintech/banking tech.
Degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent with APIs and payment systems.
Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, remittance, settlement, FX and correspondent banking.
Experience closing deals with banks, exchange houses or other regulated financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Plan and drive the regional remittance and cross-border revenue roadmap.
Build and close a pipeline of banks, exchange houses, MTOs, remittance companies, PSPs and fintechs.
Lead partner discovery, co-found demos, and translate requirements into specs for Compliance and Product.
Guide partners through RFPs, due diligence and onboarding with Compliance and Legal teams.
Structure pricing, FX and fees, and negotiate contracts through to signature.
Drive go-live by coordinating with Operations and Engineering for timely integration.
