Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd in Dubai seeks a high-energy Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales to lead key accounts and new logo acquisitions in the UAE, selling core banking and lending software to tier-1 banks. The role requires navigating complex sales cycles, building executive-level trust, and closing multi-million dollar software deals.

You will drive high-touch pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and end-to-end RFP processes, while maintaining an active presence at strategic client sites

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in consultative B2B enterprise software sales within the BFS sector.
• Deep knowledge of Core Banking and/or Lending platforms.
• Proven history of closing high-value software deals with regional banks or large financial institutions.
• Strong CXO/Decision-maker network within UAE and GCC banks.

Responsibilities

• New Logo Acquisition: identify, pursue, and close multi-million dollar software license (≥$1M ACV) and implementation deals in the UAE.
• Account Mining & Relationship Management: manage key relationships across IT, Operations, Business, and Procurement; cross-sell high-margin modules.
• Consultative Selling: lead pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and end-to-end RFP cycles tailored to local regulatory mandates.
• Pipeline Execution: maintain velocity across late-stage deal pipelines and drive contract sign-off.
• On-Site Client Engagement: maintain active presence across client sites in the UAE to accelerate decision-making.
