Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage a high-visibility lending book. You will plan and prioritize account management and sales activities to generate new bookings.

Ideal candidates bring net-new enterprise software or FinTech sales experience, strong banking industry knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional deals with product, business lines, technology, and procurement. Travel up to 35% is required.

Qualifications

• Proven net new sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the banking and financial services industry and buyers.
• Experience selling Lending solutions is highly preferred, incl. commercial/digital lending platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer success through active account management and pipeline growth.
• Manage complex enterprise sales processes with stakeholders across product, tech and procurement.
• Develop account plans using a consultative approach and identify client needs.
• Become a trusted advisor and primary payments contact for assigned banks.
• Maintain CRM activity and reporting to track progress.
