Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE seeks a results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) for the Fujairah region. You will manage end-to-end sales, including contract negotiations, credit terms, and timely collections, while building strong ties with procurement heads and project managers in Ready-Mix and infrastructure sectors.

The role requires 3–5 years of outdoor B2B sales experience in UAE construction, fluent English, and a valid UAE driving license with a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Admin, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years outdoor B2B sales experience in UAE construction sector, preference for Ready-Mix, cement, or aggregates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM abilities.
• Active industry network among UAE Ready-Mix and construction stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close high-volume supply contracts with Ready-Mix, asphalt plants, and infra projects.
• Consult procurement heads, plant managers, and QC teams to meet specs and grading requirements.
• Assess credit and set terms to ensure on-time payments.
• Register company in approved vendor lists for major UAE projects.
• Coordinate logistics with dispatch and weighbridge teams; align schedules.
• Provide weekly insights on pricing and market trends to General Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and estimators; drive product approvals.
• Lead sales planning, RFPs/RFQs, and achievement of short- and long-term goals.
• Handle quotations, LPOs, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Understand aggregate sizes, sand specs, and concrete mix designs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
