Job summary

Sea & Beyond in Dubai is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding with proven Dubai-based freight forwarding sales experience and a strong track record of acquiring and managing customers.

You will develop new business in the Dubai freight forwarding market, identify and win new customers, negotiate rates, and maintain relationships while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding
• Dubai-based freight forwarding market knowledge
• Proven B2B freight forwarding sales & business development
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Target-driven with ability to generate new business and hit sales targets
• UAE/Dubai driving licence preferred
• Immediate or short-notice availability advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and generate new business opportunities within the Dubai freight forwarding market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers across import, export, air freight, sea freight, and related logistics services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales in line with targets and margins.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and regular sales reports.
• Conduct customer visits and business development activities across Dubai.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience specifically in the freight forwarding industry.
• Candidates must have pure freight forwarding experience — candidates from general logistics, courier, transport, or other industries will not be considered.
• Must be currently based in Dubai with strong knowledge and experience of the Dubai freight forwarding market.
• Proven track record in B2B freight forwarding sales and business development.
• Strong existing customer/shipper network in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Experience in Sea Freight, Air Freight, Import/Export, and related freight forwarding solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• UAE/Dubai driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
