The role requires 3–5 years in freight forwarding sales, a proven network in Dubai, and the ability to negotiate, present, and close deals while coordinating with operations and pricing teams. Immediate or short-notice availability is a plus.

• Candidates must have pure freight forwarding experience candidates from general logistics, courier, transport, or other industries will not be considered.
• Must be currently based in Dubai with strong knowledge and experience of the Dubai freight forwarding market.
• Proven track record in B2B freight forwarding sales and business development.
• Strong existing customer/shipper network in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Experience in Sea Freight, Air Freight, Import/Export, and related freight forwarding solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• UAE/Dubai driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
