Job summary

Talabat, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Sr. Specialist Retail Media Billing & Operations in Dubai to oversee end-to-end billing processes for media activations and ensure accurate partner invoicing.

The role requires 3–4 years in digital media payments, strong Excel/Sheets, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; you will coordinate with finance, sales, and agency teams to streamline invoicing and collections.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years minimum supervising and managing digital media payments.
• Proven track record with billing and invoice management.
• Excellent communication skills with clear level of detail.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort incoming bookings with attention to detail.
• Ensure partner information is accurate and complete; request missing data.
• Track and match booking orders to relevant media activations.
• Maintain, update and manage documentation of media bookings (invoicing).
• Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies between spend and investments.
