Job summary

talabat is seeking a Senior Specialist - Media Billing Operations in Dubai to manage the financial administration of advertising activations, from booking through to invoicing and collections. You will ensure accurate booking-to-invoice matching, monitor spend, and coordinate with media, finance, partners, and suppliers to improve billing controls across multiple markets.

The role requires 3-4 years of experience in digital media payments and billing, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in digital media payments and billing operations.
• Experience in a media agency environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets for data, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify media bookings with accuracy and completeness.
• Match orders to campaigns and insertion orders; maintain records.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure invoices are generated accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor spend, identify discrepancies, and support month-end reconciliation.
• Collect invoices from Finance and distribute to partners and suppliers.
• Use Salesforce/CRM tools to maintain commercial records and reporting.
