Job summary

A global consultancy in infrastructure is seeking a Requirements Manager for a metro project in Dubai. In this full-time position, you will lead the requirements management process, ensuring stakeholder needs are effectively documented and validated. The ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years of experience in complex infrastructure projects, with knowledge of systems engineering and traceability matrices. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in requirements management for complex infrastructure or rail projects.
• Experience on GCC projects, especially with RTA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• Coordinate requirement collection, categorization, traceability, and change control.
• Implement and manage a digital requirements management tool.
