- Develop exclusive listings and establish long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and repeat clients.
3. Lead Generation and Business Development
- Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, property portals, social media, and company databases.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in target communities across Dubai.
- Build and maintain a strong client database and pipeline using the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up consistently with prospects, nurture client relationships, and convert inquiries into viewings and closed transactions.

- Manage the sales process through to signing the applicable Form F and completing the property transfer, as appropriate.
- Coordinate with mortgage departments and financial institutions on financed transactions.
- Ensure clients understand the applicable transaction costs, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with all parties until the transaction is completed.
6. Sales Performance and Reporting
