• Minimum 3 years UAE real estate sales experience — mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of closing off-plan and/or secondary market deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
