Qualifications

• Proven experience as Real Estate Sales Agent/Property Consultant in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's secondary real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's secondary market.
