High-End Properties in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Property Consultant for the secondary market to drive buy/sell activity on ready properties. You will build relationships with owners and investors, generate qualified leads, and close high-value transactions.

The ideal candidate has a proven Dubai market network, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive market; English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai residential communities and resale pricing.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French or other languages are an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in the sale and resale of ready residential properties across Dubai.
• Identify suitable properties for buyers and investors based on budgets and objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to transaction completion.
• Advise clients on market prices, comparable sales, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, banks, conveyancers, and trustees to finalize transactions.
• Assist clients through the transfer process at the Dubai Land Department and trustee offices.
