Candidates should have a degree in engineering, project management certification, and over 5 years of experience in project management within theme parks or waterparks. Strong leadership skills and financial acumen are essential to drive success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management/operations in a Theme Park or Waterpark.
• 2–3 years in contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Develop project scopes, plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure operational readiness across all phases.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct risk management to reduce project risks.
• Monitor contractor compliance with procedures and labor standards.
• Track project performance using tools and KPIs.

Skills

Strong leadership & communication skills

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Strong financial acumen (P&L)

Excellent English (spoken & written)

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

Ability to stay composed in challenging situations

Education

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering

Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) or Six Sigma Green Belt
