Qualifications

• University graduate with sales and relationship management experience.
• Experience in handling Banking & Investment Products.
• Proven sales planning and ability to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership and coaching capability to develop high-performing teams.
• Understanding of UAE business environment and local HNI contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the UAE REHLATY team to meet defined targets in customers, volumes and revenue.
• Drive revenue generation, business development and the bank's Digital Agenda.
• Deliver sales MIS, reporting and forecasting for the team and monitor KPIs.
• Coach team members through regular reviews and performance discussions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, governance, risk and compliance standards.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of future Relationship Managers through structured development.
