Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank UAE is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to build and grow a high-potential client portfolio in the Abu Dhabi area. You will develop strategies, acquire new clients, onboard them, and manage ongoing relationships with a focus on service excellence and risk controls.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of banking and investment products, and familiarity with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling banking and investment products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and SCA licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development.
• Generate new business to meet targets for customers, volumes and revenue.
• Onboard NTB clients from branches and direct sales referrals.
• Develop sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers.
• Maintain Sales MIS with calls, prospects and deals.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handling of complaints.
• Lead by example and align with risk and control partners.
• Ensure KYC/AML updates and zero-error documentation.
