Job summary

HYJIYA DIGITAL WELLNESS FZCO is seeking a senior Presales Solution Architect to lead the technical side of Microsoft 365 and cloud deals in the UAE. You will design secure, scalable modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments, and act as the trusted technical advisor bridging sales and delivery.

You will run discovery, create HLD/LLD diagrams, respond to RFPs, develop ROI/TCO cases, and mentor junior consultants while staying aligned with Microsoft roadmaps and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in IT, including 4+ years in presales, solution architecture or technical consulting for Microsoft technologies.
• Proven record of winning enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure deals, with hands‑on migration and modern workplace delivery experience.
• Strong writing of RFP responses, proposals, SoWs and effort estimates.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing (CSP, EA, MCA) and confidence presenting to senior technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid solutions with HLD/LLD and architecture diagrams.
• Size solutions including licensing, effort estimates and timelines.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs, RFIs and tenders with ROI/TCO business cases.
• Shape pricing inputs and win themes with account managers and funding programs.
• Deliver presentations, demos, PoCs and workshops up to C-level; address objections.
• Ensure clean handover to delivery and mentor junior consultants.
• Track Microsoft roadmap and contribute to new offerings and events.
