Job summary

Duncan & Ross in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to independently lead an assessment and develop a clear transformation roadmap, engaging with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of IT experience, deep Dynamics 365 CRM expertise, Power Platform, and enterprise integration experience. On-site engagement in UAE for 6-8 weeks with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience with significant Dynamics expertise.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform and cloud architecture.
• Experience with enterprise integration APIs data security and governance.
• Proven in architecture assessments and technology roadmaps.
• Dynamics / Azure certifications would be advantageous.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to independently lead an assessment of the clients existing Dynamics environment and develop a clear architecture assessment and transformation roadmap.

The ideal candidate should have strong enterprise architecture experience across Dynamics 365 and be capable of working autonomously with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture applications integrations and technical landscape.
• Review the existing solution and identify gaps risks dependencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop a comprehensive target architecture and transformation roadmap.
• Provide recommendations on Dynamics 365 architecture scalability security integration and best practices.
• Assess the use of Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365 where applicable.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and existing challenges.
• Prepare architecture documentation assessment reports and roadmap recommendations.
• Provide guidance on future implementation and technology strategy.
• Work independently and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Potentially support solution design implementation and team augmentation following the initial assessment.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution / Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise application integration APIs data security and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience conducting architecture assessments and developing technology roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture design patterns and Microsoft best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage senior-level stakeholder discussions.
• Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics / Azure certifications would be an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online and/or On-Premise.
• Experience with complex enterprise integration environments.
• Experience in large-scale transformation or modernization programmes.
• Previous consulting experience with major enterprises or government/public-sector organizations.

The contract is 6 - 8 weeks onsite in Abu Dhabi UAE with a possibility of extension
