Ghobashgroup in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager Presales to lead the pre-sales function, drive solution design, bid management, and ensure proposal excellence across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.

The ideal candidate translates customer requirements into winning, value-driven technology solutions, partners with sales leaders, mentors a team of solution architects, and champions vendor certifications to strengthen competitive advantage in the UAE

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering; Master’s preferred.
10–15 years in IT Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Sales.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the UAE.

Responsibilities

Lead the pre-sales team across solution domains (Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital, Managed Services, and Applications).
Partner with Sales Heads and Account Managers to qualify opportunities and design winning solution strategies.
Drive technical win strategies aligned with CNS's portfolio and vendor ecosystem.
Represent pre-sales in management reviews, forecasts, and strategic planning sessions.
Oversee development of proposals, RFP responses, and solution architectures.
Ensure alignment with customer needs, compliance, and delivery capabilities.
Work with delivery teams to validate feasibility and cost estimation.
Maintain quality control and consistency in bid submissions.
Act as trusted advisor to key clients and government stakeholders in the UAE.
Lead technical presentations, workshops, and demos for strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, Finance for seamless execution.
Manage and mentor a high-performing pre-sales team; drive certifications.
Foster collaboration between pre-sales and delivery units for handover post-sales.
Monitor market trends; liaise with vendors to strengthen CNS's position.
