Job summary

Armada is hiring a Senior Customer Engineer Middle East, Oil & Gas to lead technical pre-sales across our National Oil Company engagements in the region. You will own the technical relationship with NOC customers, translating operational challenges into Armada solutions across edge compute, sovereign AI, and disconnected environments.

You will collaborate with product, delivery, and partner teams to design end-to-end architectures, run proofs of concept, and support bid responses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales or solution engineering within oil & gas.
• Strong grasp of edge computing, data center infrastructure, cloud and AI/ML architectures.
• Experience leading PoCs and writing technical proposals.
• Excellent English communication; willingness to travel across MEA.

Responsibilities

• Own regional pre-sales for NOC accounts: discovery, design, demos, PoCs, proposals.
