Armada in Dubai seeks a Senior Customer Engineer for the Middle East, Oil & Gas to lead technical pre-sales across national oil company engagements. You will own the technical relationship with NOC customers, translating operational challenges into Armada solutions across edge compute and sovereign AI.

Formación

• 8+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer engineering in oil & gas.
• Strong grasp of edge computing, data center infrastructure, cloud and AI/ML architectures.
• Ability to lead technical conversations with engineering teams and senior decision-makers.
• Experience scoping proofs-of-concept and writing technical proposals.
• Familiarity with GCC/MEA energy landscape and NOC procurement environments.
• Comfort working in a multi-partner ecosystem and stitching products into end-to-end architectures.
• Excellent English communication; willing to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional pre-sales for NOC accounts: discovery, design, demos, POCs, and proposals.
• Design integrated edge solutions with hardware, network, and deployment approaches.
• Translate energy use cases into Armada architectures (edge, sovereign AI, disconnected ops).
• Lead and document POCs with product, delivery, and partner teams.
• Be the technical contact through implementation and align with delivery teams.
• Advise customer engineers and IT/OT stakeholders, building credibility at all levels.
• Position Armada platforms against alternatives, highlighting sovereignty, speed, and scale.
• Develop knowledge of partner ecosystem and design joint solutions.
• Interface with partners and integrators on shared NOC engagements; define scope.
• Support bids with technical content, architecture diagrams, and effort estimates.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and energy Value Advisor to accelerate pipeline.
