Mindware in Dubai is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to guide the sales team on solution design and pre-sales implementations. You will act as a technical expert, building strong relationships with partners and customers and driving multiple technical initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in pre-sales, with a focus on cloud, firewall, and network security. You will lead technical discussions and coordinate with the sales team to ensure winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role.
• Experience with cloud security and network security solutions.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Build a detailed design, solution architecture and proposal for a new system.
• Review existing processes and document them accordingly.
• Review and evaluate a software product to determine user needs and ensure they are met.
• Understand project goals, define design criteria and propose best solutions for clients.
• Ensure statements of work reflect best practices and client requirements.
• Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Create bid packages/technical proposals for required hardware/services.
• Collaborate with sales to close the sales process.
• Assess vendor recommendations against RFQs and select best fit.
• Schedule and allocate service resources for implementation.
• Coordinate engineering plans and integrate into a cohesive system.
• Lead technical sales calls.
• Articulate solutions to customers through submissions and presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor landscapes.
